Building the compliance OS for estates and facilities
CompliMind began with a problem that Carl Magnus von Behr saw up close. Researching NHS estates knowledge-sharing during his PhD at Cambridge, and volunteering on the oxygen supply response at Addenbrooke’s during COVID-19, he watched skilled staff lose hours searching for regulatory information and writing lengthy documents, all while urgent work waited. Carl partnered with Jan Blümel, a fellow Cambridge PhD studying machine learning, to fix this.
What started as a pilot in a single NHS trust has grown into a platform supporting estates and facilities teams across the country.
