Our fellows

The CompliMind Fellowship is a group of senior estates, facilities and compliance professionals who work with us on the product. They know NHS infrastructure from the inside, and they bring that knowledge to bear on what we build.

Fellows share the experience from their organisations, test new features, and tell us plainly what works and what does not. Their input directly shapes where the product goes. We could not do this well without them.

What is a CompliMind Fellow?

CompliMind Fellows are EFM leaders, engineers and compliance managers who know NHS estates from the inside and who pressure-test what CompliMind builds against the realities of running a complex estate. They are practitioners rather than advisers on paper: the group exists so that what goes into the platform has been designed with the people who do the work.

Does a Fellow’s organisation have to be a CompliMind customer?
